Marko’s was a fantastic find. The chilaquiles were outstanding — rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. My wife had the chicken fried steak with eggs and gravy, and it was classic comfort food done right. The café de olla was a really pleasant surprise and paired perfectly with breakfast. Portions were huge, and somehow the view still managed to be the standout. Met the owner. Super friendly, good natured person, perfectly suited for the hospitality industry! I'm not normally a steak and eggs guy, but that's what Markos said he recommended today...HAND DOWN THE BEST STEAK I have ever had in my 50+ years of being a carnivore!! Cafe de Olla (cinnamon brewed) was his mother's recipe. I had 3!! And funny coffee mug touches, tell you this guy loves to make people happy! Very large portions too. My new 😍

We basically had a 3-course meal with a salad to share, a ribeye, a pasta with shrimp in vodka sauce, and chocolate cake. All of the food was SO good! The salad was off to a strong start and set the bar high. I ordered the pasta, and it was so yum. I tried a piece of my boyfriend's ribeye, and it was very tender and flavorful. He said that the mashed potatoes that he has ever had at a restaurant. The chocolate cake was very delicious and RICH. So, halfway through, we asked if they have milk, and they did! A tall glass of cold milk and rich chocolate cake - chef's kiss! They are a small, family restaurant with few staff, but we met the owner and chef when we first sat down, and he seemed very friendly and passionate about his trade. We had a great first impression of this restaurant and met Marko who was very charismatic and bubbly. Our server was welcoming and on top of anything we needed. We got the Alfredo with steak and the BBQ ribs in tamarind BBQ sauce. The food was very delicious and you can taste the passion that was crafted into each dish.

Came for breakfast with a friend sat outside in the patio. Everything was great wonderful service by Mauricio. We got the corn beef, hash, eggs, biscuit and hashbrowns and a coffee each we shared a breakfast. The portion was so big prices are a little high, but the portions are big. The coffee was OK And the eggs were a little bit gave me but again wonderful service. The food was delicious. Great company 10 out of 10. Totally recommend. We will definitely be going back again. You get great views of the mountains and you can sit inside or outside. They have a breakfast menu and they have a dinner menu. They have street parking and parking in the back.
