IHOP

I've been to many IHOP locations and this one is my favorite by far. So much so last year I decided if I couldn't come to this location I would skip going at all. This location makes the best spicy Poblano Omelet out of every location I've been to. The staff are always very kind and attentive. Lety always remembers me and what I always order, even though I make special requests. She is an exceptional waitress. Always making sure I have everything I need. Im never left waiting, feeling forgotten about or neglected. I highly recommend this IHOP location based on the food and the exceptional service. So, when you come and find the same experience, don't forget to show your gratitude and leave a good tip.

This IHOP is the best IHOP in the City of Colorado Springs and no one is even close. The service is great. The coffee is great. The food is always hot and great. There's one server there that l enjoy more than any other server in this history of going to this place and that is Lety. She is by far the best server I have ever had coming to this establishment. She has such a great personality. She is warm, friendly, always has a smile on her face and welcoming. I've been coming here for years and it has gotten to the point where I don't even have to tell her what I want because I've been ordering the same meal for years and she make sure it's hot and exactly how I wanted and I really appreciate that. JR was our server yesterday and not only was the food cooked to perfection, but the service he provided was top notch! He was very friendly, attentive and took really good care of us! That's why this is the best IHOP in Colorado Springs! Their servers really care! It's people like JR that prove there are still people out there who really care about giving excellent customer service! We will definitely be back and request him as our server!

Luis was a great server at IHOP! He greeted us right away, kept our coffee refilled, and made sure our food came out exactly how we ordered it. He was friendly, patient, and checked on us throughout the meal without hovering. Service like his really makes a difference. Definitely one of the best IHOP experiences we’ve had. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE THANK YOU LUIS. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pretty small location, our booth could have been cleaned alot better. They are busy so they flip the tables quickly. Server was great. Prices reasonable
