IHOP

The restaurant was practically empty and yet we still waited over 20 minutes for a refill for our drinks. Once the food came out we had to wave down the server when we needed anything and were ready for the check. The heat was not working and there were rental heaters all over the place. Kitchen staff weren’t using gloves. Normally a great place hopefully just a one off.

I visited this IHOP after 3 years, and it was just as amazing as I remembered! The food was delicious, the taste was perfect, and the service was excellent. The Chicken Fajita Omelette and the Spinach Omelette are my all-time favorites—they never disappoint! I really liked how they gave colors and paper to kids—it kept my nephews busy, and we enjoyed our food in peace. The kids’ menu also has many great options. My nephews love the waffles and fries here. They always get excited to eat at IHOP! I promise to stop here every time I visit West Virginia. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience here this past weekend. Great Manager ask how we were doing a Tall grey haired fellow. gave my kiddos some crayons. My wife and Kids love the food. Pleasant place I will be stopping in Again.

I used to love coming to this restaurant, it has gone down hill terribly. There is not many restaurant options near here which is very unfortunate because I refuse to keep coming to a restaurant and not being able to enjoy my meal due to staff and managers standing around gossiping about other co workers which is very inappropriate for a manager to entertain co worker “drama “ one server is always in the back very loudly cursing and throwing a fit (mixed girl) and another one blonde girl wears a shirt with her cleavage out and don’t have her hair up like she is going to a beauty pageant, and long fingernails which is believe is all a health department violation. there is a lot to say about a few of them most of them seem to hate their job.. Came in kinda late the restaurant was a bit more crowded than I expected and there was only two servers working, young girls I don’t know their names a blonde and red head and they still gave great service I just watched the girl interacting with all their tables food was hot and fast, and correct surprisingly considering my wife is a very difficult person to please sometimes. Kudos to the servers and the cooks we will be back.
