IHOP

My family and I had an amazing time at iHop this evening! Alex was our server and she did a phenomenal job! She took care of us and provided kind and genuine service! She showed love to our kiddos and whipped up this fantastic cinna-stack milkshake! Thank you Alex you made our family evening complete may GOD bless you!!

This was the worse service I ever had from them. I had to ask several times for coffee but I was asking on deaf ears. The waitress would even say she was going to bring after the 2nd or 3rd time me asking for it and she still wouldn't bring it. It took a wait to get out drinks. Not to put the order in to get them but to actually get them. I don't know if I will ever go to this Ihop again due to horrible service. They were friendly when they spoke though. If o could give service a 0 I would. Atmosphere was fine. Everything was really good food, atmosphere, pricing is about $15 and up. I spent$100 just to not even get my coffee until about 20 minutes after asking and the place wasn't even busy. Looks clean but has cockroaches! This is the second time we’ve experienced a live cockroach at this location! First time was months ago we had our 5 kids with us, after getting our food we seen a cockroach on the wall next to my sons head, we killed it and showed the employee, they took it and nothing was done. Tonight it was just my husband and I, we went for the bottomless pancake deal, we ate and asked for another round of pancakes to be made, as we were waiting a cockroach came on the table on my napkin! I killed it and we called the server over, they took the napkin and asked if we wanted to switch tables, we moved, but should’ve just left at that point. The server brought out my husband’s order of pancakes, I asked if he had also placed mine, he hadn’t, we waited over 20 mins for 2 p

Do not order DoorDash from here. My daughter loves the happy face pancakes but this was the third time something was wrong. Her pancakes didn’t come with any of the toppings at all. My meal came with 4 sausage links when it was supposed to be bacon and ham. I HATE their sausage links.

A group of us came in to eat before heading to an event. We put in food and drink orders (that took almost 30 minutes) and asked our server to go ahead and bring checks as we had an event to go to. Close to 2 hours later, multiple people still hadn’t received their drinks, food, missing items from there order, or in my case, raw eggs.. I just wanted to leave. Still never received our checks, The manager removed my food (good because I didn’t even touch it) but honestly I was at a point to just pay for it to just get the heck out of there. The manager was rude. She said “you’re not the only big table we have right now”.
