IGA Deli/Bakery

The food was good and more than fair price but a bit salty. What stood out for me was the eating area - over all looked dirty. The floor looked as if it has not been swept in a week or mopped in 5 years. Using the restroom a non-deli employee did not wash his hands.

The store is always clean. The prices are higher on most things than Walmart except for when they run meat specials! We love getting the 20 pound boxes of chicken for only 12.99 when it goes on sale! Such a great deal! Now you can even upload store coupons to your phone number so at checkout you can save even more money. All the employees are super friendly and helpful!

This deli/bakery area is so so. I like the breads sometimes but you definitely need to check the dates on these items. You may not get the best quality or softness your looking for in the rolls, or bread. Please be mindful of dates. I do not shop in this store often at all because they rarely have what I need. However, if you feel like this store meets your shopping needs, great. I do not recommend

Great Southern style food! The Meat Department has the rudest people I've met in any grocery store. The lady who works back there is the "only" one who will treat you decently. The Meat Department manager has no business working with the public in any capacity. Hateful.

I've been finding everything I'm looking for here...usually do only at Walmart. Their selection is getting better. The prices have been overly inflated here lately, but that's everywhere during this pandemic & all the time at most IGAs. For those reasons I go to Piggly wiggly in Chesterfield, Food king in Rockingham. IGA is getting better & does have good food quality. Also their employees are always friendly & helpful.
