Ichiban Hibachi on Georgesville is one of those spots that never disappoints. Every visit feels like a treat — the food, the service, and the value are all consistently impressive. The prices are really reasonable, especially considering the quality and generous portions you get. One of my personal favorites is their clear soup — it’s light, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I always go for a double serving instead of the salad because it’s just that good. My usual go-to order is the steak and shrimp combo with their egg yolk sauce, which is absolutely amazing and adds such a rich, buttery flavor to the meal. Had a good birthday experience for my mom. They did really well staying attentive to her throughout the experience. The food was good maybe the shrimp was cooked a little too long but over all it was a good evening

My wife and I went on Valentine’s Day and boy was this not a happy evening. To me, they seemed to be under staffed, especially for that day. We sat at a regular table and not at the fancy table with the chef doing all the tricks. But hell, we should have. A group of 4 came in after us, went to the fancy table, and left before us…and we didn’t even have our appetizers yet. Our entrees took FOREVER to come, and then wasn’t even all that. The lady that was our server was nice tho. I’ll give them that. We will return for the bar and their apps. Those were good.

We use to frequent here, but it’s been probably 6 months since we were here last & honestly I thought they’d be going out of business soon. Let me just say they’ve sure stepped up their game. The chef was fantastic! Very entertaining and the young grandkids LOVED it! Even used props and it was very funny. Food was wonderful! And very generous portions. We will definitely be back.

Quality and potions of their food have went down. I paid for basically rice because I barely got any chicken. This will be my last time coming here. I’ll drive all the way up north for better quality and portions
