Visiting Randolph and wanted to have sushi. Found this cute place. Great service. Good prices. Delicious food. Loved that they delicately covered the edamame so it could stay warm for longer. Very cute.

Hidden gem. Place is small and easy to miss.. part of a tiny strip mall right of 46. Out second time there. Mrs wanted to eat there for Mother’s day… We clearly overordered and knew it from the start but no regrets… Big sushi delux boat, amazing roll and the box… everything was fresh, tasted great and more importantly was served with a genuine smile! You can tell they take pride in their place!!! Plenty of options to pick from - sushi, rolls, vegetarian and tempura options…you will absolutely find something for your liking. Plenty of free parking outside as well

From the moment we stepped into Ichiban Japanese Cuisine & Catering, we were greeted with a warm ambiance and spotlessly clean surroundings. The sushi bar added an authentic touch to the atmosphere, and the staff were not only polite but genuinely lovely, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Our appetizers arrived promptly, setting the tone for a meal that exceeded our expectations. Each dish showcased the chef's expertise and dedication to quality ingredients. What's more, the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the outstanding quality of food we received. Ichiban has undoubtedly earned its place as a go-to spot for sushi lovers in Ledgewood, NJ. With such a delightful experience, it's no wonder we'll be returning soon to indulge in more of their delicious offerings.

Guys! I have been looking for a new sushi place that offers amazing quality and is reasonably priced since my favorite Laku in Morristown closed… And this is the first place I can confidently say I will be returning back to! The fish is super fresh, the prices are very reasonable for the portion of fish that you receive, and the staff is super nice. Will definitely update this review once I’ve had a chance to dine in!
