Iceberg Drive Inn - Syracuse

Tanner was great. We appreciated the customer service, the food, and the fun vibe. We saw their Best of State award and chose to try a shake. It was amazing! We went with the strawberries tres leches but I look forward to trying other flavors in the future. We loved our experience here and look forward to coming again.

Another overcooked burger. I had a pastrami burger here a few months ago. It was good. This one was overcooked, and only had two little thin slices of pastrami. On top of that… the pastrami smells “off”. The onion rings were burnt. And they battered onion ring skins serving them as “edible” onion rings. We won’t be back.

Always enjoyed iceberg in the past, but this location can’t cook food!! Burnt food or wrong orders everytime. I won’t be back!

Found plastic in my shake, that took 10 minutes to get during very slow time. I got the fried zucchini first, and that tasted awful! This place used to be good, but now it tastes terrible and takes way too long to get my order when I'm the only customer there.

Burger was decent, onion rings are great (HUGE!) but the shakes are why you visit! A mini is not so mini. More like a large, and a regular is ginormous. Good ice cream with lots of flavors and mixins.
