Ice Tropical Heladeria & Snacks

Looks so nice on the inside. The server was really nice and helped me choose a beverage. I got a strawberry liquid, it was very good.

This place look great first tim me and my daughter been and as we was ordering a cock roah started crawling up the glass where we was standing in the middle of scooping icecream he stop got a napkin and killed the roach me and my daughter jumped because the roach made a snap/ pop noise then changed gloves and went back to scooping we should been out of there but I was like maybe a customer brought it in, NO NO NO that was not the case we get to the register and another roach that was it we had it we was outta there

Juan Carlos treated us with compassion and excellent customer service, the ice cream, the environment, the flavor just wow so delicious, this place is great for kids, also for a good coffee, this place is so clean and neat, costumer service always with a smile , I recommend this place 1000% prices are great also just come to enjoy a great Ice cream.

Excelente lugar! Los helados son muy ricos y tienen un menú extenso para ser heladería, incluye churros, frutas, zambos, paninis, cafés y más cosas. La atención fue estupenda de parte de un chico venezolano, muy amable y atento. Definitivamente seguiré viniendo a este lugar con mis hijas 🙌🏻
