Jet's Pizza

Really disappointed at the service at this location lately. The pizza is great but delivery is awful and service is slow. I placed order at 6:55pm and still didn't arrive at 8:05pm so i called. The person I spoke to said they were waiting for a driver. 2 minutes after hanging up i get a text my pizza is being made....got a text our order is on the way but shows the delivery driver was still at the location and it is now 9:12pm, and I just now got a text from Jets that they canceled my order. I am hoping the other locations are better as we are done going to this one.

Paid extra for extra bold and regular pepperoni. This is what I received. 10 total pepperoni. Same thing happened a few weeks ago and I figured it was just a bad day. Apparently not. If you are going to order pizza. Do it from somewhere else or at least a different Jets location. I order pizza from Jets often other locations and this is not the norm. I guess they are pinching pennies at this one.

I didn't have an issue until I got home and didn't see my Ranch dressing for my salad. Of course I went back, 28 min drive there and back. Manager didn't want to give me my refund nor the ranch but after pushing back. I got both. It was the point I placed the order at 3:56pm.. with a pick up time of 4:45, plenty of time to get things right. Plus this made me miss the kick off of the SuperBowl and I'm sick. So I was very upset.

Used the phone bot and ordered the bbq chicken pizza August 16th. I requested they go light with the bbq sauce and my family couldn't eat it because there was entirely too much sauce on the pizza. This was a waste of my money.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered for pick up through Door Dash. After telling my husband that the pizza was "in the oven". He was totally ignored for FORTY MINUTES. He tried multiple times to get someone's attention, but they would run up, help new customers by either taking a new order or handing out the finished order, then literally turn and walk to the back, totally ignoring anyone with a question about where their order was. When he finally got someone to acknowledge him, they told him they already handed out our order and "I don't know what to tell you". Total madness!!!
