I Noodle

If you are looking for great dumplings and Chinese noodle soups, this is the place to be. The soup dumplings are freshly made and authentic. The pan fried dumplings and wontons are very flavorful. The soup was huge, definitely shareable unless you are a big eater. The soup was perfectly spicy.. The service was fast and attentive. I will definitely be coming here for my dumpling and noodle fix as well as trying other items on the mint. I've seen iNoodle described as Asian Fusion but the menu consists of Asian staples. Rice, noodles and dumplings. The only Asian fusion I remember seeing on the menu are the chesesteak egg rolls, but with all the other authentic items on the menu, you cannot go wrong.

Went with a group of friends to try this new place and we were very impressed! First, the atmosphere was very fun and different from anything else in the Richmond area. Very clean, bright, traditional street food-esque vibes. Second, the menu had a good assortment, was organized well, labeled clearly, and we tried a large variety of the dishes and we were impressed with the flavors, freshness of noodles, and portion sizes. Our favorites were the pork Xiao long bao and pan fried beef and scallion dumpling. Taiwan braised beef noodle soup was also very authentic. Lastly, service was excellent. Explained the menu, checked up on us often, and also wanted to hear feedback after the meal. The appetizers were not our favorite such as the Philly egg roll but maybe that was more a palate prefer

We tried all the flavors of soup dumplings, and every single one was incredible! The truffle and pork were my personal favorites - rich, flavorful, and perfectly juicy. The pan-fried pork dumplings were crisped to perfection, golden on the outside and tender inside. The spicy soy garlic wings lived up to their name, seriously spicy, but also perfectly saucy and crunchy. We also ordered the sesame balls, which were warm, chewy, slightly sweet and absolutely perfect. The sautéed green beans were the surprise hit of the night - the best I’ve ever had! Crunchy, savory, and just slightly salty in the best way. Came here for lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed our meals! They’re currently in the soft opening phase, so that’s something to consider. We ordered the Shrimp, Pork, and Vegetable Wontons in Spicy Sauce, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Soba Noodles, and Pork & Vegetable Wonton Soup. The wontons were amazing from both dishes. The spicy ones were better in my opinion, but the soup was also very good. The soba noodles were great too! However, the vegetable spring rolls were a bit bland and served with a very mild duck sauce. I probably wouldn’t order those again, but I added spicy chili sauce to them and it helped. Coming here it was a really wonderful experience. All of the workers were really nice and smiley and the food was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was really good about answering questions we had and explaining the dishes to us. You get so much food in one serving!! The decor is so awesome and just makes for a really great time. I personally hate trying new foods, but this was awesome.
