I Craze Yogurt

My experience? This place was very clean upon entry. I'm originally from Wisconsin, but this gave me "Yo Mama" vibes, and I loved every second of this. Also, the employee working was very sweet. Thank you for the experience. We are gonna gonna come back ❤️

For the record, I came here on 2/28/2026 mid day, I just want to note it was fairly busy and plenty of people had been eating the frozen yogurt. Myself and my brother had gotten each a nice large cup of the yogurt we wanted and then we went to put toppings on. The first toppings I put on mine was a full scoop of blueberries and my brother had asked me to give him a scoop as well. When I picked up the second scoop I had seen a red, soft, moldy, furry, and black spot blueberry in the spoon, that had been in the same container as the rest of them. After witnessing that I looked at the worker on shift and said I am all set with my cup I am not buying this and I do not want it. (Just to be clear I had about 10-15 blueberries on top of my ice cream, and I did not drop the scoop on my brothers ye

Way too overpriced for frozen yogurt and it’s not even good quality. The male staff was friendly. Female staff could use an attitude adjustment. When you close at 9:30, customers can go anytime before 9:30 to get yogurt even if they happen to go in at 9:28 and take the yogurt to go. That’s how retail works. The attitude was out of line. I had a few choice words but kept my composure. Also, you’re welcome for bringing you a new customer. I myself will definitely not be back. I’d rather wait until Froze Zone opens back up in the spring.

I frequently come here with my family. The varieties are not too many but very tasty. I had coffee, mango and cheese cake today and topped with Boba accents, jekly, mango and strawberry i think. I scooped every bit from my cup. I wish they had different sz cups. Sometimes you want just a taste from craving or you want a whole bowl. Customers shd be able to have that choice. Rather than a one sz fits all bowl.

Went when the shop was empty, no hot fudge, flavors aren't the most accurate tasting. Cake batter and mango tasted like essence. Taro was good! Self serve style froyo and toppings, doesn't seem the most sanitary. Minimal service required so neutral. The employees voices were louder than the music. Most importantly for two dishes (they only offer massive extra large bowls resulting in more froyo psychologically) the total was $23. I finished mine completely while my sister could not. Would not recommend the place purely due to pricing otherwise the singular taro flavor which is rarely found is good.
