Thankfully, they don't make the ice cream here! They just scoop and blend it. The staff appears over worked and uninterested in connecting with customers. The store is blatantly understaffed. Expect to wait way too long for your chance to order during peak hours. There is indoor seating. The store is small. If the weather is good, it is best to enjoy your ice cream out on the plaza. This is not a great space if you are waiting in line with a rowdy child wanting ice cream. The ice cream is good though.

Haagen Dazs ice cream is a great ice cream. Need to improve some customer skills/communications. Place is old but clean in overall. 4 ice creams (2 cones and 2 cups) for $30.

Ice cream is good as always but the service is bad. Employees were talking to some friends and not tending to customers, we had to ask for our smoothie, they have prepared it but left it in the blender until we asked for it. Other couple had tonas them I'd some cups where their drinks.

Christmas Day Disappointment It was Christmas Day, and we visited this location hoping for a warm experience to match the Santa Fe holiday spirit. While the line moved efficiently and I appreciated the speed of service, the hospitality was unfortunately very sharp and dismissive. When I politely inquired about adding flavor to our hot chocolates, the staff member was abrupt, cutting me off before I could finish my request. Because he rushed the process, he added four pumps of syrup to each cup before I could ask for a lighter amount. This resulted in two drinks that were cloyingly sweet and difficult to enjoy. Three stars is generous - they have a captive market so it really doesn’t matter the tourist will be there anyway so they don’t have to care. Ordered a Sunday but the guy was having trouble getting the hot fudge out of the container so he just gave it a 1/2 a squeeze and gave up
