Häagen-Dazs

I took my boys to the food court here tonight and I promised them ice cream. We always love Haagen Dazs, but it’s the service I’m leaving the 5 stars for. The woman who helped me at the counter today was so nice and I don’t usually see that kind of friendliness in food service anymore. I wish I’d gotten her name but I quite literally had my hands full and she knew I had to bring all our ice cream to the table so she helped me with a little tray to bring to my kids. I’d come here again for sure!

I used to love this ice cream for its rich flavor. In Thailand, it was always especially delicious. In America, it feels like they use a different recipe. It always tastes bland. This was the last chance I gave this brand. I got pistachio and pecan flavors. Just regular frozen water with a hint of vanilla and some nut pieces. It’s a pity the brand doesn’t maintain its quality. I won’t be buying it again.

Visited Häagen-Dazs and indulged in a milkshake and ice cream, both of which were delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying. The service was notably good, with friendly staff. However, the joy was slightly dampened by the hefty price tag, as my total came to around $40 CAD.

Prissila was amazing. So kind! I don’t think I’ve ever had such great service! I asked about the coffees and she recommended a frappe that was delicious! And I never knew there was a Haagen Daz App! She told me about it! So all these years I could’ve been getting points!
