Häagen-Dazs

People always tell me, "Mike you look great what's your secret!! Its Häagen-Dazs!!! The world's best ice cream!! The blueberry summer collection is awsome!!

Ice cream was good, as expected. Service could be better. Seems like the ladies working can get easily distracted by personal conversations and then service lacks. Would be better if they'd just pay attention, serve the customer, take pride in what they're putting out there then return to their chatting and drama.

last time i visited this häagen-dazs, the female employee was extremely biased and we came just a little early because we had to leave early and she refused to serve us. We returned after a few minutes and she was serving a man (another thing about this place having a bias towards white men). After she was done, she took her sweet time attending to us. Very disappointed.

Located at the food hall downstairs by the poker table room, I was able to get strawberry banana smoothie and it was great! Quick grab and go while you are gambling!

Tried to get a milkshake on July 23,2024, but the two female employees behind the counter refused to serve me, walked into the back room and just sat on their phones for the next 15 minutes.. after waiting a while I just decided to go somewhere else. Wish I could give a review, but the service was so bad I never got to try the food.. (there was no one in line just me.) awful service!!
