Hyderabad House Atlanta - Biryani Place

If someone came in for a dine in on a restaurant they expect some service, the food was trash, now i need to take medicine as soon as i get home, we ordered the mixed grill with pulav rice, the mix grill was not made fresh, it was reheated on a microwave, it definitely deserved my trash can so i took it on their to go box and i am throwing this. See picture for clarification. No one came to ask how was it or if we needed anything else, felt more like self service than a dine in experience. The lemon they gave me was supposed to be squeezed on the meat on grill, it was solid like rock. Seems like they are using old precut lemon kept in their cooler for few days and just threw it on a plate, the onion was the only good thing on plate.Spent way more than they deserved. Wanted to tip the waite

The place has a big parking lot outside. They have a big vegetarian friendly menu. Veg keema biriyani is worth the try. They have a tea and snacks station at the back of restaurant. Food is good and service is fine. They have indian style pastry and indian flavor cakes too.

Not worth it. We have been to this restaurant franchise in Concord, NC and that use to be our go to place as we love it. We went for lunch to this location and find the food quality is poor. We ordered biryani and the biryani has water on bottom, and not edible.

Worst haleem ever. Chicken and paneer starters were stale and chewy.. I am not sure if it’s how the Saturday’s would taste like or it’s everyday phenomenon. On a positive note, Chikoo shake was good.

This is my fourth or fifth time at Hyderabad House, and the one thing that has stayed the same is the terrible service. It always feels like the entire restaurant is being handled by only two people, and it shows. The food can be good on some days and really disappointing on others, so it is not consistent at all. I kept coming back hoping it would improve because I have eaten at Hyderabad House back home in Hyderabad, but it never does. If you plan to visit, be ready for slow and poor service. I will not be coming back unless friends insist on trying what they think is authentic Hyderabad House.
