Very disappointed with ottumwa Hy-Vee bakery! Ordered a scepter and tiara cake for granddaughter's birthday. The scepter and tiara were missing on the cake!!! Had to ask for them and bakery staff fumbled around in a drawer to find them and handed them out in a bag. Writing was so big on the cake there was not enough room top put the scepter and tiara on By family. Paid for better than that!
