Hutchins Police Department

I was in a whtie BMW 430 grand coupe -new.. It was me & my 3 girls… 3 out of 4 of us were positive for COVID . I was very sick. We had just pulled in front of the quick trip in Hutchins Texas , when a white older male , slowy walked past my car staring into my vehicle (profiling) & very obvious . He walked directly in front of my car & leaned in so he could see our faces. He then walked back around to my window , knocked aggressively & asked if i knew I was parked in handicap. I apologized & advised him, I honestly was not feeling well & just swooped into the spot.—-( I wasnt parked , i was actually sitting there for a few seconds trying to decide if i wanted to send the one daughter in who wasnt sick in to grab us snacks.) I was also thinking to my self , what gave him the Right to probe

When I went the officer was trying to find random charges to charge me wit.

Absolutely disgraceful police department, imo.

Female officer gave me citation no insurance for a semi trailer and when I tried to explain to her that the trailer doesn't carry insurance only registration she changed her story days it's for the truck when earlier I showed her the insurance on my phone for the truck. They need to educate the officers properly on semi trucks. At one point she was asking for my cab card and I showed her also on my phone she was insisting to me the truck driver that's not it smh that's when I know she have no idea what she doing
