Burger King

They close at 11pm, fortunately they served me at 10:40pm. Food was fresh, friendly service even though I was showing up at closing. Mozzarella fries were great. Only complaint is they didn’t put bacon on my double bacon cheeseburger. But still giving 5 stars bc I know how it can be at the end of a shift. So far I haven’t experienced any of the negative issues some reviewers have left and I’ve gone there 2 times this week.

French fries tasted like they had been reheated in the microwave, no salt at all. Burger was not great either. One of the worst burger kings I've been to.

2nd - The service was faster today. My french fries are hot. they still have no salt on them. the order appears to be accurate on the receipt. thankfully I did not have to repeat my order more than once. Burger is spot on. huge improvement! +3 If I could just get hot fries with salt I would be happy. 1st - I'm not exactly sure what was going on while the gentleman was taking my order. There were what looked like only employee cars in the parking lot and nobody in the Drive-Thru. but I still had to repeat my order multiple times. I corrected it twice at the window and it was still wrong. I don't see why my order could not be confirmed before I paid. I recently visited this Burger King location for lunch and was very disappointed with the overall experience. While trying to enjoy my meal, I noticed a homeless individual sleeping in the dining area. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers who were there to eat. I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, but she showed no concern or interest in addressing it. Her lack of response made it clear that maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for paying customers wasn’t a priority. I understand that some situations require compassion, but there should also be a standard for cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Sadly, this location fell short on all three during my visit. DO BETTER!

Arrived to pick up a uber eats order & the store gave it away to someone without having them confirm the order. Basically allowing them to steal the order. I had to contact uber customer service & cancel the order on my end which penalized me. Breakfast was over so they couldn’t remake nor repurchase order. Yes driver and the customer themselves can come in and steal food if these are not confirmed in the app.
