Hurts Donut Co.

Stopped here on my way out of town heading home. The place looks new, very clean, modern, and fun. The “Hurts Donut” name made me smile - classic saying from my childhood. The gal who helped me was kind, patient, and very helpful. I ordered a caramel macchiato that had good flavor—on the sweeter side—but it wasn’t hot. By the time I noticed, I was already on the road, so I didn’t get a chance to have it reheated. That was the only downside. The donuts were fresh, creative, and delicious. Overall, a nice stop that I’d recommend.

Drove all the way across town because my girl wanted a fresh donut and I knew a Hurts donut would come through. About a 20 minute drive, got there around 12:30am and their lights in house were off but there was donuts in the case and workers in the back making stuff. They wouldn’t answer there phones either. I have been going to hurts for years even before they came to Davenport. Not sure we can trust the heavily advertised “25/8” service they go by anymore. I hope to see that turnaround and we get our local 24/7 donut shop back UPDATE: I was there Tuesday, February 17th at 12:30am. All house lights were off including the lights in the back where the workers were working. I called them 3 times as well and they didn’t answer. No signs were lit up or any “open” sign displayed. First time here. Customer service was amazing and the donuts are the best we tasted.

6-10-25 Yes! This place is awesome! We tried 6 different donuts and every one of them were excellent! The prices are great for the size and quality! We were there at 3:45 pm on a Tuesday and the donuts were so fresh I'd swear they were made an hour earlier. 😁 Sooooo friggin' good! Our grandkids loved theirs! Delicious donuts! Great selection of classic flavors and novelties! This is the place to go for donuts and I highly recommend bringing a couple dozen to a team meeting or as a nice treat for friends & family!
