Hurricane Grill & Wings-Neptune Beach

We came into this place for the first time. The bartender welcome me and said, "Have a seat anywhere". Well, we did and our server came right over. Her name is Shelby, appropriate, to take our drink order. In a dash she was back in flash with my drink. It wasn't crowded. But we did have to catch her once or twice. This place feels like a local bar. A little over decorated for a sports bar. My burger arrived and the bun was slightly warm. But I have to credit the chef with one of the best guacamole burgers I have had. This guacamole was fresh not Chipotle style. I wish that I had taken a picture but I was hungry and it was great. Applause to chef for the burger and the friendliness of the staff.

This place was a mess. We waited 30-45 mins for a beer. They didnt have enough beer glasses and the place was not busy. Our food came out wrong, was not good, and took forever. New Ownership, so maybe it will get better, but the staff doesnt seem on the same page with the new owner. The bartender and owner got into an argument in front of us. It was a really bed experience. We should have walked out when we asked for our beer multiple times and didn't get it.

I treated my bae to dinner. I had grilled shrimp, garlic parm broccoli, and cilantro lime rice and it was fantastic. My bae had the mahi and it left something to be desired, since the topping was missing. After speaking with management they corrected the error. Everytime I visit this location drinks are on point and the bartenders are patient and relatable, exactly how I love them. I will be back again

The service was outstanding—our server was friendly and attentive, which was a big plus. The food was pretty good overall, but nothing too memorable. However, the wait was much too long, which was frustrating. It seemed like the wait staff had some confusion about which tables they were serving, adding to the delays. I ordered a top-shelf margarita, but it was surprisingly weak. For the price, I expected a much stronger drink. The place was clean, which is always a good sign, but I was a bit disappointed with the spice levels. If you're looking for something truly spicy or hot, this isn’t the place. So I had been to a different Hurricane Grill, but this was the first time here..Both places/times the wings were excellent. Perfectly fried and well sauced with banging flavor. We got the 20 for $20 deal...and we also snagged some chips and salsa with guacamole, but we were there mostly to enjoy a couple drinks in celebration of my daughter's 21 and 1/2 birthday (yes I guess that's a thing) but I remember being 21, and 6 months of being able to legally drink is definitely a celebratory event. Anyways we wanted to get a couple drinks before she went to get her belly button pierced. Which she had been planning to do for a long while..we enjoyed a couple Mai Tai's and some 1800 Silver Tequila a Pepsi and an IPA. Great prices especially on my very generously poured double shot of 1800. Katie t
