Hunters Harvest Meat Processing

This is my first year hunting and I didn't even know how to field dress a deer. They took the time to show me how to do it and next time I can do it on my own. Great people work there, they dry age it for at least a week and that leads to great tasting meat. I've only used the ground meat and the steaks so far and they were delicious. Truly great people, great service, and great prices, especially for what meat costs in the stores nowadays. They also hire a lot of Veterans which puts them over the top. Being a veteran myself this is great to see. Making Chili out of the ground meat as I type... Should be delicious

Great folks!!! They have always done a fantastic job. My family loves the snack sticks. Super nice and friendly my daughter loves going with me to drop off and to pick up.

I’ve been processing my own deer for a few years and occasionally go to a place somewhere and I end up disappointed. I didn’t get all the meat that I should have, punctured bags, bones shards in the meat. This place is the exact opposite. They know what they are doing, they are extremely professional, timely, you get exactly what you should, and they will make the experience easy. My wife wasn’t a fan of how much pepper was in the summer sausage and I relayed it and they said that it’s no problem and they would cut it back for the next batch. That is service you won’t get at a deer processing place anywhere. I am beyond impressed and will use them for the rest of my time here in TN.
