Hungry Howie's Pizza

Ladies for some kind and nice inside. There is a recent death in the family. I had a problem trying to understand the menu and the pricing. When I got there, I still couldn’t understand and they were so kind and patient with me as I started crying at the counter. Thank you you hungry Howie’s. I was able to eat a little bit of food and I’m thankful that there’s still kindness even if it’s in strangers and not my family. God bless you and I will be returning back. I highly recommend this location. And I’m just a business. They actually care about you and you’re well-being, which is such a rare commodity. Thank you Hungry Howies..

Waited an hour and a half called over and over and over they must screen the calls as they would pick up say hold then switch me to the music. My howie tracker said my pizza was done an hour before I received it however my driver said they waited an hour for it. It was cold when I got it. I have never complained as I have been in the service industry however why wouldn’t you call someone explain or better yet answer the phone respectfully. I don’t have 2 incomes this was a treat for us as 2 pizzas and bread were 50 dollars, I paid with hard earned money. Please take a course in customer service. Please do not advertise or state to utilize a tracking service that does not work correctly. Please treat people with decency when they have paid money to your establishment.

We ordered delivery but it took 1.5 hours for it to show up. We called to place the order at 5:45 tonight and didn’t get it until 7:15 and when it arrived, they were missing a pizza. We called the store and it took another hour to get the last pizza. In short, it took 2.5 hours to get the pizza we ordered. Admittedly, the pizza tasted great, but it’s definitely not worth a 2.5 hour wait. I am not sure if they were short staffed tonight, (December 21st, 2025) but for a delivery that is less than 2 miles from the store, 2.5 hours is far too long to justify it.

Beware if they don't have there delivery drivers they use Door dash and the 45 minute wait will be 90 minutes with out warning and your pizza will be cold .

I am giving a 5 star review due to the extraordinary service provided by Cindy on April 7th and April 21st. Also the very cordial and corrective action taken by Cindy due to a recent incident on April 7th. Cindy by far truly provides some of the best customer service I've seen in quite some time. She is very friendly, helpful and consistent. Also a huge thank-you to Nick for handling another situation on April 14th. You both have your customers best interests at heart. Your desire to provide a quality experience and provide a great pizza in spite of challenges shows. I thank-you both. In all honesty, a one star review would be appropriate for the 7th and the 14th however I'm choosing to give a 5 star review because of the way you both handled each situation.
