Hunan Chinese Restaurant

The first time I went I was hooked. the food was 10 out of 10, Literally saved me. Fantastic service And our waiter had a big personality which I love. Well I could so much we decided to have it for Christmas, And the flavors are still so awesome even when reheated. This has become my favorite Chinese food place! It's cute inside, too. In my experience They've always handled any miscommunications in a kind and professional way. I like the sweet-and-sour pork , steamed rice, chow mein, egg roll , cheese puff, And hot tea. Great prices, great food, great staff. 100% Recommend

Food was good, random mop water smell when you walk in, waiter was literally dragging his feet as he walked by, drink was not refilled (water…), menus didn’t match, could see random storage boxes near kitchen. Would come back but not the best experience for sure.

Unfortunately I'm from out of town, and tried this place based on Google reviews, when I pulled up it a unassuming place, there was something spilled on the sidewalk (red flag) at the front door not sure what it was but I didn't want to step in it. When I entered the place it was empty (red flag) young lady that was working was friendly, and informative, I ordered the Hunan triple delight ( beef chicken and shrimp) thinking it was one of their house specials, should be good right? Wrong . The vegetables did not taste fresh, and the beef was very tough, now I'm not expecting filet mignon, but I am expecting fresh food. Spend your money elsewhere....

My favorite Chinese food place in Humboldt! I’ve tried a bunch of different meals here and this place is a take-out staple for me now. The chow mein is AMAZING- it’s flavorful, full of yummy veggies, and not mushy like other places. I also really like their sesame chicken!! It’s crispy on the outside and is even good for leftovers (which we always seem to have because the portion sizes are big). Hunan Eureka is reliable, fast, convenient, and consistent. Oh- and their lemonades with boba are delicious! :) All in all, I highly recommend Hunan Eureka to anyone looking for diverse options for Chinese food.

Nice atmosphere, loved the soft music, nicely decorated. Food was good, good flavors, staff was very respectful and friendly.
