Hummus Republic

Very fresh, hummus was AMAZING. Only thing i would suggest is more varied drink selection, but the fresh lemonades are amazing 🤩

The food was great. It tasted so good. Bryan explained each dish patiently. Kudos! You beat me with great service. The portion size was good. I had chicken shawarma bowl - it had the right amount of spice, went well with all the sauces, rice, greens and beans. This is going to be my go-to Mediterranean place from now on. You are way better than local restaurants like Jasmine and Yabba which I usually visit. Keep up the good taste and service. Great addition to Garner for sure. I'll visit again!

In the words of David Rose, I am “OBSESSED” with this place! The bowls are fabulous! The ingredients are always fresh! The Dolmades are amazing! The Zesty Feta hummus, I could eat a vat of that! Treat yourself, and give them a try!

Every staff member welcomed and greeted us at Hummus Republic (Garner, NC). The staff also offered to answer questions we had. I ordered a falafel bowl. The presentation of the food in the bowl was good. The salad greens were fresh. The beets, tomatoes, and cucumbers tasted prepackaged, waterlogged, and not fresh. Usually, falafel is green and moist inside and dark brown and crispy outside. On the day of our visit, Hummus Republic's falafel was medium brown, not crisp outside, and slightly lighter brown inside with some green in it from the herbs. The texture of the falafel was pasty/gummy, like frozen dough that wasn't cooked through. Weird. I could taste the garlic and herbs in the falafel, but the texture was horrible and the flavor was undesirable. I couldn't finish eating them, and
