We stopped by this coffee shop on our way back to Toronto — and I’m so glad we did! The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a calming vibe and a beautifully designed space that feels both cozy and refreshing. It’s the kind of atmosphere where you actually want to slow down, sip your coffee, and just enjoy the moment. Toronto needs more places like this — somewhere you can just walk in, order peacefully, and either take your drink to go or sit and relax. There’s even outdoor seating, which makes it a perfect spot for warmer days. The interior is very well laid out with stylish decor, though it does give off the feeling of a newer shop with shelves still filling in — which I actually liked, because it adds to the charm and makes it feel fresh. Hummingbird Coffee Co. is such a beautiful, cozy shop! Hailey was so welcoming and amazing with her suggestions. We tried the hazelnut cold latte and the churro latte — both were delicious and made perfectly. You can tell they really know how to make coffee here. This is definitely going to be my new favorite coffee spot

I absolutely adore this coffee shop! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a cozy atmosphere and the smell of freshly brewed coffee. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow and enjoy the little things. The coffee is top-notch—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. There are many varieties of k-cups to buy as well. A real cozy cafe with amazing vibes for a chat with a friend or a date with your wife! The staff are one of the most friendly and welcoming I've seen! Will definitely come back the next time I'm in Niagara!

Found this place online and thought I'd give it a try. The latte was lovely! The location was a bit tricky to find—the main entrance threw me off at first—but inside, it's really fun. I especially loved the section with individual coffee pods.
