Hull's Landing

My husband and I stopped in while in the area doing some vehicle shopping. It was our first time visiting. Since the location is on a corner, it was difficult to tell if there was more than one entrance to the parking lot. Thankfully, there was. Parking spaces were plentiful for a Saturday mid-afternoon. Once inside, there was plenty of booths and seating at the bar. We opted for a booth. Our server, Alyssa, was very welcoming! We started with the crab dip with garlic bread & fresh pretzel. It was very cheese and delicious! I got the garden chicken cheese steak and was pleasantly surprised when it was real sliced chicken breast! We ate here for the first time today and it was very good. Our server, Alyssa, was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. There was not a long wait for our food to arrive. Alyssa had recommended the homemade ranch dressing and it was delicious and so was the “Ken’s special bbq sauce”. I asked for it as a side with my mild chicken wings. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant has seating in the bar area and a dining room. There is also a rooftop area but it was winter and not open.

This place is a gem hidden in the mountains. It would have gotten more stars for food because everything I've eaten has been spectacular except for the crab filled potato skins. There was barely any crab and I was sick for 2 days afterwards. That did not determine on trying again which I did and I have been pleased every single time. I'll put the being sick up to a fluke but I'm still disappointed and the taste texture and look of the crab filled potato skins. Everything else in this place is awesome The waitresses are beautiful and friendly and they're quick and efficient there's plenty of space plenty of TVs they have earned my business forever and they should earn yours as well!

Finding the entrance to this place was a little confusing, but I eventually made it to the bar, which seemed to be the main hub. There was no hostess, so I just grabbed a seat at the bar and watched the football games on the TVs. The bartender was also my server and was very friendly and helpful. The Delmonico I ordered was ok, but the Chocolate Lava Cake was delicious for dessert. My salad was accidentally forgotten, but the issue was corrected right away. The service and food were what you'd expect from a good bar, and the bill felt fair for that kind of establishment. Overall, a reliable spot for a good meal at the bar.
