May's Drive-In

Popped in for ice cream and got a banana split. The banana was frozen rock solid and it was covered in sprinkles. It wasn't good. I'm not sure if that's how they do it or if someone messed up. Everything else I've had from here has been basic but good. The experience turned me off for now but I will try them again because I do like this place in general.

Of all the May's locations, I love this one the most. I do want to remind the kids working there to wash their hands, especially before handling food. But, that said, they're always friendly, food is always worth the wait, and the ice cream is objectively the best in this galaxy.

The chicken cheese steak and regular cheese steak were just slabs of folded over the meat, not the chopped meat that those of us who know how this meal is supposed to be made. This was minor compared to the over the top caring efforts made by our wait staff! She went above and beyond in effort and kindness! (Plus this gem of an eatery had corn nuggets and teaberry hard packed ice cream!)

If you like old-style dining, this is it! Grew up eating here since I can remember.

Nice little diner with good food and yummy ice cream treats. Seating inside, a walk up window for take out and some tables out back for eating outdoors. Easy to pick from an extensive menu
