I’ve been working with Kevin Hughes Jr for a long time now he is a great accountant and all the staff that works. There are very friendly.

Filed with them more than once and something about the last time didn't seem right. Taxes were more complex the last time filing with them yet there were little questions asked about my circumstances, which left me to feel like I could've achieved the same endstate using TurboTax. Fast forward, after filing our taxes, we "owed" a few thousand dollars, which we settled on the spot coming to find out that this money was then refunded by the IRS. Not saying that it was a fault of the agency but again something didn't seem right. Oh by the way, customer service needs some serious improvement. I am paying my money so expectation management and tact is a thing. Hughes CPA was recommended from a friend- my husband was (then) looking to start an LLC and Kevin was more than willing to sit and help him as he walked through the financial/ tax piece of a new business. When tax season rolled around we decided to take our taxes to him as we have 3 different states between my husband’s, my job and our house location (and we were going crazy trying to figure it out ourselves). Kevin goes over and beyond to complete our taxes for us, even works with me mid year to insure everything is looking on track so we don’t end up with a surprise bill which happened a few years back (prior to his services). The lack of respect Keira had for her clients is outrageous. My husband had issues with her last year regarding his taxes as a new self employed, she had no compassion nor empathy to explain to him the process of filing. I emailed Mr. Hughes directly and never responded. I filed my taxes for the last two year with this office and this year I had questions regarding a few new factors in filing this year and she couldn’t clarify anything. after not agreeing, Keira told me “ never come back and hang up” It’s disgusting how they treat paying customers.

Amazing Group of people at this office. Professional, reliable, and always willing to take the extra time to go over any questions I've had. Kevin F. Hughes (Kevin's son) has always taken care of me from financial advising to my yearly tax return (sometimes even acts as my therapist).
