Howlin' Ray's - Las Vegas

Honestly, Howlin Rays is definitely towards the top in terms of best chicken sandwiches. I got a chicken sandwich with their second hottest sauce and it was delicious. The spiciness level was very nice but would probably opt for their hottest sauce next time. Their fries are so flavorful and crunchy. And their tenders are huge but also delicious. Wish they had this on the east coast. Cant wait to try this again.

Had the Sando and it absolutely delivers. Perfectly fried chicken with a serious crunch, juicy inside, great heat, and the slaw and pickles balance it out perfectly. Simple menu, executed really well, they clearly know what they’re doing. Washed it down with a can of Diet Coke, which felt like a brave but mostly symbolic decision given how gloriously calorific the Sando is 😂 Easily one of the best fried chicken sandwiches in Vegas. Worth it.

I left many 5 starreviews in Vegas so far...this is the most earned one! Legit best chicken tenders ever. Super friendly service. Banana pudding was delicious. Ordered the mild tenders & were extremely impressed by the fry job. Outside the crispy & juicy breading was 10xs better than the fried chicken I had at nellies for triple the $$! The meat was all white & juicy beyond expectation.

Really tasty sandwich. Hot and cooked well with crisp outside and juicy inside. I wish I had known that the slaw they put on the sandwich had raw onions in it, cause I would’ve had them leave that off. I went with the medium, and I didn’t think it was too hot, I would try the hot next time. But I think medium is a good starting point for most people. The fries were crisp and well seasoned and the portion was large. Definitely enough that you could split it with someone. I look forward to going back on a future trip! This place is right off of the lobby of the Venetian, so it is easy to find once you find the lobby.

This place was amazing! We’ve been meaning to go for 7 years or so in LA, but never got around to it thinking about the wait/line. We came on a Saturday night and there was only one person ahead of us in line. With how amazing this spot is, it should’ve had sooo many more people in line on a busy weekend night. The guy that took our order was so friendly, polite and sweet. We got to try the hot and decided to order our wings and sandwich in medium. We would do the hot for the sandwich next time. The wings were juicy, crispy and flavorful. However, the sandwich was the star of the show! Everything on the sandwich was incredible, from the buttered bun to the crunchy coleslaw and pickles.
