Lunch today included green dragon roll which we loved and kiss of fire roll that was baked and we really thought it was strange. We're used to raw rolls not cooked - personal preference. Service was good and attentive. Took home some dim sum and a bento box. The "red carrot cake" with egg custard was not what we expected but we loved it! Think steamed mochi outside colored and shaped to look like a carrot stuffed with a slightly sweer egg custard. Next up are the brown sugar rice cakes. These are rice cakes with a gel/jelly beown sugar filling then steamed and topped with more brown sugar. Unexpectedly good 👍! Plus we had to get the lotus nut filled sesame balls! And final dim sum item is the steamed shrimp balls. Love that the dim sum is always available! For the bento box we selected c

We had a great meal at House of Noodles and Sushi! The restaurant was clean, service was friendly, and the noodles were absolutely the star of the meal. Spicy Pork Soup Dumplings $12.85 Nice amount of heat and very satisfying Homemade Pork & Cabbage Dumplings $12.30 Well seasoned with warming spices and very comforting Drunken Noodle (Spicy) with Tofu $12.95 (+$2 for tofu) Biang Noodle With Pork (Spicy) $14.95 Both dishes had amazing noodles with an incredible chewy texture. The noodles were easily the standout of the meal and seriously crave worthy. That said, neither dish was spicy at all despite being labeled spicy on the menu. We added chili oil provided by the staff to bring up the heat level, which helped a lot. Great flavors, solid portions, and some of the best noodle texture

I’ve been here twice so far and I’m officially addicted to their hand-pulled biang biang noodles. I ordered them without meat, which was no problem at all, and asked for extra chili oil on the side—perfect. I also tried the mushroom shumai and the lotus sesame ball, and everything was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the shrimp lo mein and loved it. The menu is huge, with tons of options—truly something for everyone. I had a beer, and they also have a solid drink selection to choose from. We’ll definitely be back.

Ordinarily, I would be wary of a Chinese restaurant that also serves sushi; after all, too much diversification leaves for little specialization. Browsing the Chinese section of the menu initially gave me the same impression - dim sum alongside family style staples. However, what caught my attention and convinced me to try this establishment was their listing of biang biang noodles and rougamo. These have not yet reached the sort of critical popularity like Sichuan food where every Chinese restaurant tries to have some Sichuan menu items, no matter how well executed. These are still niche enough that I thought that either the establishment was confident in or there was enough of a market for them to have it. I wouldn't expect these items to be haphazardly added to a menu to draw in a few

Absolutely amazing food and expansive menu. We tried the shrimp shumai, soup dumplings as apps, amazing. I had the jellyfish salad and the eel bowl for dinner and I was quite impressed! For sure coming back again. Fresh tasting and delicious.
