Hotto Hotto Ramen & Teppanyaki

Since Uber Eats does not let you leave real reviews I always come to Google where they won't silence the truth. I ordered a shrimp fried rice yesterday, the shrimp came peeled and deveined. Also ordered a shrimp Ramen, a soup. The fact that they do not peel nor devein the shrimp and just drop it in Ramen is absolutely absolutely crazy. Why do we have to stick our hands in hot soup, hot noodles, and hot broth to get the shrimp to peel them... if anything you could've done that with the shrimp fried rice, but you shouldn't do it at all. I'm not sure why they wouldn't peel and devein the shrimp and before placing it in hot ramen soup. Not sure what type of sense this makes. Won't be ordering from them again.

Try the curry vegan ramen…. Even if you eat meat! It’s amazing! The place is typically not busy but the quality of food is superb. Service is always friendly but they typically only have 1-2 people working the floor so you may have to wait your turn depending on when you go, but it’s worth it and nothing a little patience won’t solve. 🙂

The atmosphere of this restaurant is great and the staff are so nice and thought of every small detail. The spicy chicken miso was very good. The Hotto tonkotsu was good, the pork slices were great. I added a little chili oil to spice it up. I would look forward to trying the others and some of the apps. Very nice patio as well!

I had lunch with a friend after visiting the Grant Park Farmers Market across the street. We were the first customers of the day (this is what we were told when we came in). We ordered some appetizers and some drinks. Her glass was dirty.... like noticeably dirty. We were checked on a couple of times, but I wasn't able to get anyones attention for a drink refill when I needed it...by this time there might have been 3 tables. Our waiter looked occupied with his phone and the food runner was watching the game on the tv. The calamari was so overcooked that it was like chewing on a rubber band. We notified the waiter who did offer for the chef to recook one for us. We declined at the time, but it was not taken off the bill. I was double checking the price and seeing if the bill was split when

We had a great experience! The parking was simple, plenty of ample parking, from the moment you walk in Cha’nya greeted us with a smile. We were seated immediately, the restaurant is beautiful, stunning, and we loved the variety of options on the menu. The decor is wonderful. My husband and I were unfamiliar with what to order. Cha’nya walked us through the menu, making suggestions, even down to helping us select our cocktails! The food tasted amazing and our drinks. We cannot wait to return!
