Hotpot Restaurant

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner from Hot Pot. We ordered shrimp & veg, curry chicken, and stew chicken which were all good solid dishes. A lot of West Indies places give huge portions, but the portions here were a little smaller than usual. BUT, the prices reflect that so the value is very good! I’m saying this more so people know how much food to order. Also, the patties are really good here, and a great value. Thanks Hot Pot!!

I always order from Hot Pot for my catering needs and they never disappoint. The food is sooo good and I am always satisfied with every step of the process when it comes to catering food from here. Friendly staff and they always remember me when I make large orders.

My first time visiting and eating from the Hotpot and it was Amazing, I had the oxtail and jerk chicken combo and it was Flavorable/Fresh and Delicious.

So I ordered a beef patty, jerk chicken, rice and peas and plantains. For starters, they don’t sell white meat AT ALL. Whether curry, jerk, or bbq, everything is dark meat. Strike one. So I ask the lady to just give me thighs. In my photos you can see she gave me ONE thigh. Cut in half. Mostly bone, no meat. I asked for gravy on my rice and she asked which kind. I asked for a spoon of oxtail gravy and she said I couldn’t have that. Honestly, if she had said I had to pay extra I would’ve. But she didn’t even offer that option. Then she gives me TWO tiny plantain. So I ask her to give me extra and that I will pay for the extra. She says “would you like 3 for a $1?” So I say…sure. She gives me ONE extra plantain. As in, she’s gonna charge me a dollar to add ONE to the original 2 she gave me.

I come here very often for the curry chicken with extra gravy over rice & peas with shredded Cabbage and sweet plantains. Food is very flavorful and delicious.
