Hot Head Burritos

I am a frequent customer at Hot heads at this location. I got myself two burritos to go. As I was eating one of the burritos. I noticed a long stray of black hair. That was deep in my burrito. I called the store and explained the situation. As well informed them it can't be my hair. Because I am bald lol. The individual took my concern seriously and refunded my money. Overall I have had great experiences here with the food and people. But this incident definitely makes me think twice about them.

The Service and Food was good, nice little place it is, but, the only negative comment I have is dirty pans and old food from the night before, being a former cook and dishwasher I could tell, it was 10:40am with my daughter with me and she was hungry so I had no choice but to order, if I was alone I would of left, but still a good burrito, would of been better with Hot and Fresh ingredients.

Food is always great and fresh! The people are always so friendly! Everytime we go in the Manager is there, and he is such a nice guy!

Tonight was especially good for our pick up order. Order was correct, generous portions, side of ranch included as requested (doesn’t always happen…they read the “notes”! Great family meal that everyone loves. They were on their A Game this evening. We will be back, we always come back a few times a month!

Literally the neatest burrito I have ever consumed. I got the spicy chicken with a ton of toppings. Great price wise, taste wise, and experience wise. Granted, it wasn’t the best burrito I’ve ever had, it was real good. The chicken was nice and juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the sauce was a beautiful spice that really mixed well the amalgamation that is the burrito.
