Hoshi Japanese Cuisine

We came in coming through back to Springfield on Sunday night. This is a must stop for the best damn sushi!!! Hibachi chicken steak combo was cooked perfectly 👌. Prices are not bad at all. Il definitely recommend this stop. You won't be disappointed

Try the "Pick 2 Combo" (~$12 or so) or "Pick 3 Combo" ($16 out the door) shrimp tempura rolls! I've tried everywhere else in town, and they might be good, but Hoshi is the best for quality AND quantity. Really hits the spot when I bring this home a whole 30 minutes away and the shrimp is still warm. 🤤

I’ve eaten hear for the past three years, and I order the same roll each time, this year I started coming more often, and today I get a roll with the most topping and sauce I have seen. Each time I come in and eat I explain how good my roll is.. this makes me very happy. Thank you chef!

We decided to give Hoshi a shot. We normally go to Little Tokyo. The portion sizes are huge, the food what very good. Hard to believe the amount of food we got.

Far and away superior to their Japanese cuisine competitors in the Harrison and Branson area. Huge flavorful portions. We had plenty of leftovers. Impeccable customer service from waitstaff. Restaurant and bathrooms appear clean. Not terribly busy during week day. Very pleased with our experience.
