Hook Fish And Chicken

One of my favorite places to get a catfish dinner for my family! Delicious food and I highly recommend some extra lemon pepper seasoning, it is addicting haha Tonight I had a small request for ketchup, we ran out at home and my husband always forgets to ask for sauces when picking up food orders, the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order and made sure I had my ketchup! sounds silly but he was immensely kind and I truly appreciate kind people and great service! Thank you so much again if you are reading this. I appreciate your time and efforts!

The wings are not full wings. The wait is always forever which would almost be acceptable for full size wings. But when you add stale fries, an understaffed location and the same lil wings you can get at wingstop. You're better off finding your way to Atlantic and grabbing some wingstop. Truly just awful. Hard little meatless wings. Like go buy a pack from Walmart - it'll take the same time.

Hooks used to be my go-to place when I lived here. I'm in town, so I decided to get some. I was THOROUGHLY disappointed. I ordered conch and fries. When I opened my meal box, I was shocked. They definitely gave me old fries that they refried again. The conch used to come in bite-size pieces. However, this time around, they came in really big pieces. No one wants to fight with conch. I was wondering why there was no line wrapped around the corner because that's how it used to be. But, based on what I got today now I can see why this place is no longer popping. The quality has basically gone to crap. I wasted a good $20 on a subpar meal. I definitely will not be returning to eat at Hook again, it was so disappointing and not good. I was thrown off by my food today. I don’t eat hooks typically but i just felt for it today. It’s almost as if they gave me an old order and just reheated it. My fries were hard as ever and tasted old, and my wings were pink inside. Terrible. Threw the whole entire thing away

I wish I could give this location 0 stars! The only thing that tasted okay was the catfish, but it lacked seasoning. Just as much as the fries looked old/stale is exactly how it tasted. I’m pretty sure they refried some old fries and just gave it to me. This is the 1st time I’ve eaten hooks and my stomach is hurting. Don’t buy from this location!
