Hood River County Library

i have been trying to get on the library site for a couple of months now. I like to see if they have a book I am interested in reading. But every time I try says the site can not be reached. I called many times and they offered to reset my password, but I keep telling them that's not the problem. I just can not get in. Finally they had a guy named Moe call me offering to help. He would call and leave a message saying when to call him and I would and then he calls back saying why he couldn't answer that day. Finally I just gave up playing phone tag.

We utilized the Hood River library on our vacation. Outdoor charging and WiFi. Downtown close to the Event Site, gorgeous views. Big green space. Lovely Library.

Beautiful library, so many services offered, million dollar view but you gotta clean the windows!

We just moved here and don't know anyone. My kids were getting tired from all the transition (or maybe I was??), so I popped in at this library and the person working the front desk was so friendly, quickly set up an account for me and offered to go grab a bundle of children's books for me to take home. I left feeling supported and thankful for the care the people of the library put into their jobs. Thank you!

10 people standing out side, it's cold and people inside working and can't seem to find the time to unlock the door on time or even early. Any retail establishment who saw customers standing outside waiting in 50 degrees would unlock the doors. 8 minutes late, and they didn't seem to care. Tried calling several days ago to verify that their web site was correct for opening and Covid information. No one bothers to answer the phone...... I just don't know, what happened to customer service
