Hood County Library

I haven't been to the hood county library in probably a decade. It was lovely! Wonderful layout, friendly staff, Fantasic young child area. We will be back

We love our library! Always a fun place to visit- they have wonderful programs for the community-children and adults! It is a true treasure to Granbury and can't wait to see what the future holds for our wonderful library. **Hours listed in pic were temporary while expansion was being completed. Hours are now: M-Th 10-7pm, Fri & Sat 10-6pm

A wonderful full service Public Library full of hidden educational treasures.

The building, books and toys are great! Staff was less than kind and it’s not kid friendly which is weird for “Lego Saturday”.. Staff rolled their eyes, huffed their breath, made rude comments aloud. Not what I was expecting in Granbury. I am not easily offended & never leave reviews but felt it was helpful for other moms.

We haven't been to the library since before 2018 when they remodeled it and it looks amazing. The lady's working were very helpful with getting our new library cards and showing us how to use the new technology. My boys each got a handful of books. I honestly forgot how much enjoyment we get reading all these different books.
