Hong Kong Fusion

This place is a HIDDEN GEM!!! Such a great and cute place. The food was phenomenal, and the experience was fabulous. Peter recommended the tea, which was very good. He spoke to us about the history and harvesting of tea leaves and how it makes your body feel. He was so funny and kind. I would 100% recommend this place not only for the food but for the experience.

The wife and I stopped in for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our appetizer was chicken lettuce wraps, good portion for two and seasoned well. Dinners were Mongolian lamb and red curry chicken. Lamb was wonderful but I thought the curry needed more heat. We also had the house tea (served in a wine glass) our host was very informative of the tea options and history. To finish we had sticky rice mochi cookies (with raspberry sorbet). All in all a good experience.

The food here is absolutely amazing, and the tea is out of this world. Ive been at least a dozen times or more, and have tried numerous dishes (General Tso's Crispy Triple is my current favorite). I have never had anything that I didn't like. All of that being said, the service tops it all. Outstanding is an understatement. The owner's passion for tea is only matched by his passion for providing a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Went here expecting an ordinary Chinese restaurant, but it was something more; they specialize in pu-erh tea tastings. The man who took my order explained how their teas come from forests with trees that are sometimes many decades old. Normally, I don't drink pu-erh since most of the flavors I've had (typically fishy, which he informed me is likely either poor quality or used the wet pile method to simulate aging) don't appeal to me, but I had heard good things about Yiwu, so I went with that one. It is their youngest, and currently least expensive at $9.95, tasting. I also had the opportunity to try one from the 1980s, which tasted like the way a forest floor smells. We stalked this place for 1 months. We love an hour away. We finally decided to take the drive today 7/3/24 @2pm and we are happy we did. We were met by Mr. Peter, who was so welcoming. He seated us, we needed to use the restroom and he showed us where. We knew already what we wanted to get, and he took our order. Mr. Peter offered us tea to taste and boy was it good. Our food came out and it is the best Chinese food we have had in some years. I have attached a video to show what we got. The food was flavorful and so tasty.
