Hong Kong Express

I had such a great experience at Hong Kong Express Chinese Restaurant! The food is absolutely packed with flavor — I tried the delicious orange chicken, the unique and spicy teriyaki chicken, and the tasty kung pao chicken. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions are incredibly generous for the price — they really fill up the to-go boxes, so you definitely get your money’s worth. On top of that, the service was excellent, fast, and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back, often.

Decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad. Great energy and great food. Genuinely the best fast Chinese food I’ve had, and at an amazing price. Devoured my whole plate immediately. Just remember to bring cash!

This is probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever had so far. Everything I got was AMAZING. Perfectly cooked and flavorful. Great portions. Great customer service, the lady that helped me was super sweet :). I got the teriyaki chicken, chow mein, and rice. Can’t wait to try more items now🙌🏾.

Best Chinese food in Long Beach.. As other reviews have said, the owner is the best. She is so caring, admirable, and genuine. The food is amazing, and portions are large. There was very little fat, the quality of the meat was great. Usually, I can't finish 1/3 of a plate, and by myself, I finished well over half. The business is in a small and quiet parking lot off of magnolia on 7th street, to your left hand side. This place is awesome. So happy I found this spot. Thank you!!!

The food is great and very well priced. Try the teriyaki chicken (my picture doesn't do it justice), it's awesome. Along with the fried rice, that's my fav. The Owner is super friendly and accommodating and she's been in business at this spot for 14 years, a neighborhood staple. Remember it's Cash Only!
