Susy did an amazing job on my mom’s birthday cake. She was able to create an exact replica of the reference photo that I gave her. The cake was also so good and moist and everyone at the party loved it. There was a little hiccup on our end where one of the letters got damaged in transport and Susy was able to replace it last minute before the party started. Overall a great experience and I would use her again if I need a cake in Long Beach.

I booked Susy to do a cake for my daughters birthday. The cake was not only beautiful but the actual cake was delicious. Super moist and she made the skull and roses with chocolate!!! My little storm cloud was beyond thrilled as was I. Very talented baker. Communication was great and she delivered. 10/10 would recommend!!

Susy delivered this AMAZING beach themed cake that tastes as great as it looks. I wanted something creative and I am blown away by the results! The chocolate sea shells were a nice touch. The cake was a big hit!

I ordered a cake from Susanna for my mom’s 50th birthday and she did a wonderful job making my ideas come to life. I gave her relatively vague descriptions and she made the cake better than what I had in mind. Side note for people like me who aren’t familiar with cakes and baking: be mindful of your filling layer! I had chosen vanilla pudding and I didn’t realize it would leave my cake unsteady and we had to transport the cake for a destination 2 1/2 hours away. Unfortunately my cake slipped apart but this is not Susanna’s fault! Unless you’re eating immediately I would stick with buttercream filling! All is well though because now technically we have two cakes to eat. 😂😊
