Honey & Salt

What I love most about Honey & Salt is there's always a large variety of baked goods, and there's a good portion of some that you won't find anywhere else. This is the place you want to go to get your everyday fixings, but you can also indulge on something unique, something that you simply cannot get from another bakery or even the grocer. The atmosphere is 10/10, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and the baked goods are always a conversation starter. You'll be thinking about what you had for a few days.

My mother and I went to a Saturday pop-up and there was a good selection of items to choose from. It is a smaller cafe so more of a take and go kind of thing. The woman who helped us was very kind and friendly. The food is absolutely amazing! I think these may be the best croissants in New Hartford, they are soft on the inside with a crunchy outside, buttery and salty. The cookies are thick with a soft crumb. The carrot cake is nicely spiced with nuts. The shortbread cookie is so soft it just melts in your mouth. The cinnamon bun is also very soft, it is a moist bread with sweet frosting. The banana bread has a great texture and light banana flavor, it is not dry at all. Overall, the food is so fresh! You can really taste the heart in the food, it doesn't have all the added preservatives o
