Georgio's Village Cafe

A great dining experience at Georgios in New Hartford Friday evening. The Smoked Branzino Bruschetta was out of this world! The Salmon dish was flavorful and well presented and the Seafood Antipasto was spot on with Clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and eggplant. Artichoke hearts so that and, the olives around this dish off beautifully! (I brought over half of it home! ) Service was top notch and unpretentious and the prices are more than fair. Bonus for me, they served "Athletic" NA beer! We've always had a great meal at Georgios and look forward to returning soon!

Things started our poorly when the young bartender forgot to put the Espresso in my Espresso Martini. It only went further downhill from there. The vegetable dish was sloppy, unseasoned and dry as all hell. The pasta dish was slightly better but again had zero seasoning and a poor terrible presentation. The most positive thing I can say is that the drink prices were reasonable.

So me and my wife decided to try this place for dinner so glad we did the service was super fast and friendly and the food was delicious well worth the drive.

Got there at 5 on a Saturday when they opened. It was very small. Tight. And very loud. The bread was okay. The calamari was a 10/10 the best I have ever had. I prefer other dipping sauce though. The salad lacked. The Italian dressing was good. The chicken riggies: the chicken tasted super gamey, and the sauce was red and overly spicy. So much that it was hard to enjoy it. The service was okay. It took a while for our waitress to come back once we finished eating.

This place is absolute fire! Im a super foodie and the Riggies are the best I’ve ever had. Nikki at the bar is amazing as well she makes the best cocktails and is super friendly and makes the experience all the better! If you’re in Utica this is the place to go! See you there
