Honey Dew Donuts

Typically, when you go to a coffee shop in the morning… especially in New England…. you run into rude or rushed service. That wasn’t the case here. Nicole’s customer service was absolutely delightful, and the whole crew created a great experience. My food was served piping hot, the coffee was excellent, and Nicole patiently helped me choose my drink. Instead of the usual quick “anything else?” she went the extra mile with suggestions like, “Would you like to add some hash browns? How about a nice shot of espresso to go with that yawn?” It felt more like genuine care than a sales pitch, and I can really appreciate that. Honey Dew Donuts is fast and friendly, with fresher donuts and better food than their competition that rhymes with “Unkin.” The coffee and tea actually taste like coffee and tea — not watered down — and the stores are cleaner inside. They haven’t lost that old-school coffee shop vibe either; you’ll notice the staff knows their regulars by name and order. They don’t try to be fancy or overpromise. They just deliver solid food without the letdown.

Walked into this store for the first time ever and I have to admit this is one of the cleanest honey dew locations I have ever seen. Being a servsafe proctor and instructor it’s hard going into certain places because I end up walking right out. However the team here was very impressive and on point and the store was immaculate!
