Honey Dew Donuts

I don't give out 5 stars too often, because 5 stars has to be earned; my overall experience has to be worthwhile. We came in for a quick lunch. When I was living in Florida, I would always crave Honey Dew and Willow Tree Chicken Salad. Now that I'm back in New England, I make an effort to go to a Honey Dew when I'm in my home state, Rhode Island. This location provided top notch customer service on my last visit with my family. I ordered a medium hot coffee with milk and sugar; perfection and fresh. A favorite menu item of mine is the Willow Tree Chicken Salad on a croissant with cheddar cheese; amazing as usual. Now the reason I gave them 5 stars was, they provided a bag and organized my items in an orderly fashion. We decided to stay and they brought out little paper plates to our tabl

Never in my life have I ever been charged 5.40 for a sandwich and then get charged an additional $0.70 for a croissant for that sandwich so you telling me it's $5.40 for bacon egg and cheese are you serious. It is advertised as a sandwich so why should I have to pay more for a bagel it's not about the $0.70 it's about being charged more money on top of $5.40

Order Large Cappuccino for my brother who is in a nursing home. I pay 50 ¢ more for no ice. Every time they still put ice in. I have to take out the ice and end up with a half of a cup. Today I told the Dasher to please make sure there was no ice in it. The person who made it got mad and said that we need to pray for that next time. My order was already charged for the extra $0.50. This is the third time in one month that this has happened. We will not be ordering for a while until they get better help.

My coffee looks like they used bad cream took a pic but can't figure out how to get it on here. Forgot my raspberry stick We payed for extra bacon on our sandwich and asked for it crispy, got NO EXTRA BACON and soggy All in one order after they tried to double charge my card for the order. I love honey dew but this location BEWARE

Very nice people work here, I will come back, they're funny and make good inexpensive food. Honey Dew > dunkin donuts
