Hometown Pizza - Hodgenville

This place is truly a hidden jem from the second I walked in the smells overtook me and I felt like the cartoon character floating towards that great smelling pie in the window sill. the pizza was definitely some of the best I've ever had it was the perfect combo of the crispy outside to the soft inside. the flavor was great and the atmosphere was vary interesting to just look around in and the workers were super friendly and welcoming and the prices were unbeatable i went with me and one other person and we only paid 25 for both of us. so if your ever near one and thinking about dropping by I definitely would recommend it. Ps just a quick tip if your a person that likes pizza on the more crispy side I'd recommend asking then if they could give the pizza a little more time in the oven.

This has always been a favorite place for me and my baby girl ( pizza Lover) as I took the whole family after leaving court Adoption finalization. I requested a manager to ask what discount I could get for her special day . I was swiftly told no discount might call jersey. But hey my business doesn't matter I told baby girl .Time to find a new place. SO TOMORROW I GO TO GODFATHERS AND GET 10 PIZZAS 9.99 EACH.

Our server was not friendly seemed annoyed with us before she event took our order. The grandchildren event questioned if she might do something to our food her bad attitude ruined our dinner. She was able to fake a smile and speak pleasant to people at the table next to us so I don’t know if she thought we wouldn’t tip well or what… No we didn’t tip which didn’t make us feel good either . It’s to bad she wasn’t nice the food was fast and good I would have tipped well.

I ordered a pizza with double portion of Canadian bacon and pineapple. Went it came I did not see any Canadian bacon on it at all. My wife ordered the wings and they were tough and rubbery. I talked to the manager and he said they recently switch to ground ham for Canadian bacon. WOW. He brought me more and they recooked my wife's wings. The place has really gone down hill. Sad. They used to have good food.

Great food as usual! Pizza was good and I really enjoy the bacon cheese fries! They did not have the buffet when I was there but maybe it is available on specific days or times.
