Holy Cow Idaho!

I saw a little blurb about this place on the Downtown Nampa Facebook page and thought we should check it out, my wife had the My Boy Blue burger and I had the American Cheese burger. We were very pleased with both burgers. Our server was very friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was cool and fresh. We both give two thumbs up for this place!

Just had food delivered. The fish was super crispy and absolutely delicious. The fries were the same. My husband had a Reuben and side salad. The only problem with any of it was that I forgot to get him extra ranch. He likes a little salad with his dressing. Would definitely recommend this place.

Fry sauce was bomb! Needs finger steaks to be true Idaho. The wifes cheesesteak was great along with our burgers (sam elliot, american, pimento cheese one). Fries and tots were perfect.

Holy Cow – Nampa, Idaho The wife and I stopped by Holy Cow and were seriously impressed. We tried the Sam Elliott Burger and the Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls, and both absolutely delivered. The sauce on the burger was next-level — rich, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the patty. But the real standout? Those Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls. Hands down one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. Crispy outside, creamy and cheesy inside — just perfect. The atmosphere is just as memorable. It’s got a rustic base layered with this modern, funky 90’s throwback vibe that makes it feel both cozy and cool. Whether you’re in it for the food or the experience, Holy Cow nails it on both fronts. We’ll definitely be back.

I feel in my honest opinion this place is just ok. Not super good, but not terrible either. The wings were the best of the day for this trip! I loved that for being "buffalo" they weren't swimming in a traditional Buffalo sauce. The mac and cheese egg rolls were great as well. I got the special which was a cherry jalapeño sauce and it was good.
