Customer Reviews
This place was packed, which is always a great sign—but luckily we didn’t have to wait. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, even with how busy it was. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity of food you get. Everything we ordered came out fresh and perfectly cooked. The salads were crisp and loaded with toppings, the burgers were hearty and flavorful, and the fried dishes were golden, crunchy, and clearly made to order—not greasy at all. The dipping sauces were a great touch and paired perfectly with the food. You can tell they don’t cut corners here. Generous portions, great presentation, and food that actually tastes as good as it looks. Overall, a fantastic dining experience—we’ll definitely be back and wou
Pub and restaurant with outdoor patio, bar top, and some large format seating. Service was quick and both menu and drink selections were pretty good. The chicken sandwich I got was delicious. Only complaint was how dim the interior lights were, made reading the menu a bit difficult.
Holt’s was recommended to me for their amazing grilled cheese and tomato soup entrée. I cannot find the words for how delicious it was! In addition to that, the atmosphere and service were both excellent! And finally, I tried their bloody Mary and that was also outstanding! I will definitely be going back!
⸻ Tried a pizza that reminded me of New Haven style, and yes, it really does! My husband, who is crazy about pizza and always wants to try different places, loved it too. We ordered the pepperoni — thin crust, not overly crispy, just on the edges and perfectly balanced, neither hard nor chewy. Fresh tomatoes for the sauce and delicious, high-quality pepperoni. Another place I’m happy to recommend for pizza lovers.
This is a great place for unique and tastey pizza. The sandwiches are also good. I would not recommend the entree salads. They are 16 dollars before tax, non come with protein, and the portions are not reflective of the price. IF you do want protein on your salad, expect to pay over 20 dollars for the vegetables with no where near 6.00 dollars worth of chicken. The pizza and sandwiches are great though. You’ll get more bang for your buck that way. The salads are robbery..
