Holiday Inn Express Minden by IHG

I’ve stayed a lot of holiday inns and this was by far the best. Marie at front desk was above and beyond excellent making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing so was the staff. Rooms were clean. And we were not rushed out. I give 10/10!

Okay for a room that cost over a $150 a night they have John Wayne paper toilet paper in the bathrooms. Water pressure is Soso so The beds are over soft causing cricket neck And when I got my bill it was sticker shock you thank the rooms were made of gold. Don't get me wrong staff is nice and friendly everyone here is friendly it's just these rooms are a bit over rated. First night I stayed they had carpet cleaners in and I've had carpet cleaning done where after they were done the carpets were dry not here

The happy, bright, and joyful staff at Holiday Inn Express Minden make this hotel. They were very attentive, courteous and helpful. The rooms not only smelled clean, they were clean. Every amenity offered was ready to go when we arrived. Breakfast was exceptional and all safety protocols were followed by staff. Swimming area was ready to go and enjoyable. Matrix fitness equipment made their gym seem world-class. If you’re within a hour of this hotel and need a place to stay, it’s worth the drive.

The staff at this hotel was excellent! The housekeeping staff offered us clean towels without us having to ask. The lady attending the breakfast area was very friendly and was attentive to our 2 year old. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly as well and even gave our little one a plastic Easter egg filled with goodies. Top notch staff at this hotel. Keep it up!

First time staying at this location. Night front desk lady appears to be untrained and unable to complete her tasks. 30 mins Unable to Print receipt for guest food. She refused to check in customer because US Federal Passport did not have a mailing address on it. Refused to take IHG Diamond member account number or receive address verbally. Refuse to connect manger to resolve issue. Proceed to Complained to other Guest about Guests, other hotels in area, about lazy employees not doing their job (room key had wrong room number) A very unpleasant and unprofessional interaction.
