Holiday Inn Express Benicia, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful experience calling the Holiday Inn Express Benicia, thanks to Stephanie! Her customer service was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to making guests feel valued. Stephanie truly made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean and bathroom was stocked with Dove products and plenty of towels. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast had a variety of options. Would definitely book there again, Thank you.

Arriving at the hotel was a little confusing. The lobby is off the main road and has a tiny underground looking parking area for check in. Once checked in you can go further down the way to a parking lot under the hotel. I admit this was nice. There was plenty of space and the car was kept cool and shaded. Coming and going was pretty easy after that.|The hotel lobby is clean and offers water and cookies. Service was friendly and check in was simple. The elevator to the room took awhile to arrive. At least it seemed, since the hotel is only 2 floors. Sort of a choppy ride too. There are stairs available, but we couldn't get our card key to work and allow access.|The room itself was clean and cozy. My only issue was the strong fragrance. It was so strong it started giving me a head

For a Bay Area hotel, the nightly rate is not bad at all. Rooms are spacious, there’s a microwave and fridge, the breakfast they serve is better than most Bay Area hotels of the same price range. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My only critique is that some rooms have to be renovated, especially the carpet. But overall, my hotel experience was great.

My experience at the hotel was great. A nice gentleman at the front desk helped me with everything I needed. His name was Diego, and I’ll never forget it because of how kind he was. The breakfast was great with many different food and drink options. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely go again one day.
